BTFC Mission

BTFC was established in 1983 as a 501 (c)(3), non-profit organization.  It is dedicated to helping children with brain and spinal cord tumors and their families.  The Foundation’s mission is:

To provide financial assistance, social support and information for families of children with brain and spinal cord tumors; fund research projects that improve treatment options and search for a cure and raise public awareness of the disease and advocate on behalf of children who are affected.

BTFC assists hundreds of children and their families each year and will continue to offer support until such time as a cure is found.

BTFC relies solely on the generous financial support of corporations, foundations and individuals in order to fulfill its mission.
